Experience Design

Bloom is an emotional wellness application designed to help users monitor and improve their mood through guided journaling

Process

The user research process consisted of interviews and surveys, competitive analysis, persona maps, and user experience maps. The information architecture of the application was thoroughly studied with card sorting, information architecture and user flows before jumping into the lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes.

Project Overview

Bloom allows users to decide what they want to track or improve in their life.

With a combination of tools, data from daily activities illuminates patterns from daily life.

Inferences

Created during the midst of the pandemic, this project was inspired by the stresses of social isolation and benefits of mindfulness in our daily life. The on-boarding experience eases users into the habit of journaling. The interface is designed to be minimal and simple, for a distraction free environment.
